Public meetings
Board meetings are usually held at 501 North Dixon Street, Portland, and begin at 6:00 pm on Tuesdays unless otherwise noted. Schedule per PPS Resolution No. 7363; subject to change.

Speak at a meeting
Request a spot by emailing publiccomment@pps.net or calling the Board Office at 503-916-3741 by 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Include your full name, pronouns, topic (required), the meeting date, your school community, phone number, whether you're a student, and whether you'll attend in person or virtually. Walk-up requests are accepted if space permits in the 15 minutes before the meeting.
Each speaker gets up to two minutes. Spots are filled by lottery, and speakers are notified the day before. You may speak once per meeting, in person or virtually; spots can't be shared or requested for others. Need an interpreter? Notify the Board Office at least 48 hours ahead.
